  • Requirements gathering. Because we understand that product and customer requirements constantly change, we'll work closely with you to reconfigure the information you thought you knew and deliver a tailor-made solution based on these outcomes.
  • Content analysis. Looking at the amount of content, focussing on business goals and needs, allows us to determine how site information be structured most effectively.
  • Visible design. Sub-consciously creating mental models which let users know which elements in a design are important and what does, and does not work.
  • Intuitive design. Creating designs which reduce memory load, allow users to trust the consistency of design features throughout a site. The result is an experience that is both meaningful and trustworthy.
  • Efficient design. Page layouts have a time threshold to take into consideration; customers get easily frustrated if they are forced to wait. Light, efficient designs are critical and must be integrated throughout the design process.
  • Navigation strategy. We marry the requirements and content gathered, together with a visual theme that will present a structured flowchart for navigation.
  • Presentation. We'll show you how our constructed interface elements come together to provide consistency and feedback to users.
